NANI brings a breath of fresh air into the jazz and world landscape with the first all-original program to be written entirely in Ladino since 500 years. Her hypnotizing vocals, often compared to Mercedes Sosa and Nina Simone, and her timeless compositions, connect the ancient Ladino culture to our modern lives today. The subjects of the songs range from Mother-Daughter dialogues, LGBT community, Alternative passing away ceremonies, Irony, Faith, Magical Realism and even to Online Bullying. Together with Jorge Bravo's ethnic guitar and Ayoze de Alejandro's stirring percussion they create a unique blend of Middle Eastern music, North African beats & Nani's own composed Ethnic-Jazz songs. Nani's new album, Andalusian Brew was released in april 2018 (Xango Music) and is followed by a world tour of 60 concerts.
